Set-Up: Vendors will be able to set up on Wednesday, October 18th beginning at 2pm or on Thursday, October 19th beginning at 7:30am.
LHS Meet & Greet: All vendors are invited to attend a meet and greet on Wednesday, October 18th from 6pm-8pm* in the Cregger Center Exhibit Hall. During this time, we will be serving hors d'oeuvres and Lee Hartman staff will be walking around booths to meet vendors and check our products. If you are looking for one on one time with our staff, we strongly encourage you to attend. If you plan to attend the meet and greet, please be sure to indicate that you will attend on the registration form. Due to a large number of vendors and limited time, we are asking all vendors to be ready by 6pm and to have a 5 minute or less presentation prepared.

Door Prizes & Giveaways: Every year, we stuff 250 attendee tote bags with various items donated from vendors. If you would like to donate giveaways for the bags or a door prize, please ship them to Attn: Jessica Leonard at 3236 Cove Rd NW, Roanoke, VA 24017.
Please ship any materials to the Lee Hartman office. Our staff will be storing all packages in a secured location and delivering them to the expo the morning before the show. Please make sure that packages do not arrive to our office before Friday, October 13th. Packages must be labeled as follows:

For outbound shipments, all packages must be sealed, labeled, and left in your booth. Please send me an email before the expo listing what you will be shipping in and out. Also, make sure to bring printed shipping labels with you because we will not have any at the show.

Parking: On the day of the show, we are asking all vendors to park in the lot on Thompson Memorial Dr. (where you enter campus from the main road) so that we can reserve the two closer lots for attendees. You are welcome to park in any lot the day before for load-in. We will have staff available to help unload at the loading dock.
